Let the Blogging Begin with ScribeFire For Google Chrome

imageOne of the most popular add-ons for Firefox is now available for Chrome! ScribeFire is a full-featured blog editor that integrates with your browser and lets you easily post to all of your blogs.

You can post to blogs from WordPress, Blogger, TypePad, Windows Live Spaces, Tumblr, Posterous, Xanga, LiveJournal, or any other blog that supports the MetaWeblog or MovableType APIs.

You can edit and update existing posts. You can schedule posts for the future (if your blog allows that). You can delete posts. You can save drafts.  You can tag and categorize.

ScribeFire for Chrome has a simple interface that is so simple even a caveman could use it, and anything you’re working on is saved if you close the editor and restored when you come back.  It really is the easiest way to update your blog.

  1. Have you tried Windows Live Writer. I have been blogging with it for years on all the blogs I run. It is simple and has plugins for even more functionality.

I haven’t tried ScribeFire so don’t know how it compares.

@AnthonyRusso I like Windows Live Writer myself. I was waiting to ScribeFire to come out for Google Chrome and had high hopes. Let’s just say I will stick with WLW for now.

I was having issues posting to my blog with WLW and determined that it was one of my plug-ins causing the problem.

I have your site in my RSS reader and have not seen a post in awhile. Take care and see you online.

Just want to say what a great blog you got here!
I’ve been around for quite a lot of time, but finally decided to show my appreciation of your work!

Thumbs up, and keep it going!
