Our New Home
We have been looking to buy a home for the past 4-6 weeks. We have looked at a few and not overly impressed with very many in our price range. We needed to find a 4 bedroom to fit our family’s needs. We found a 4 bedroom 2 bath being built in Shasta Lake City, CA about 8 miles North of Redding, CA.Â
Next week there will be sheet rock up and might even be painted. I hope you enjoy seeing our new home being built as much as we are enjoying it.Have a great evening and please check back.Later

Up until 2005 I was a normal hard working father of 4 happily married. Then May 3, 2005 I had major heart issues which put me in the hospital for five weeks being worked up for a heart transplant. I was then fortunate to get out and have weight loss surgery and over 180 pounds later I do not need a heart transplant. I am still working hard married to a beautiful wife Tammy and have three children in the home and one gown up and on her own.
Blogging started as a way to keep a journal of my medical issues and then in 2007 I took Fam5 public and actively promoting the blog. I know post about 'stuff that matters' and have the almost famous 'freaky friday link love'. Hope you enjoy the blog and look forward to your comments.
