Wanted to say happy Mother’s Day to all you Mother’s out there.  The kids each got Tammy a little something to show there appreciation for being there Mom.

Good day to all: Today was a clean the house do some laundry kind of day. Then Tammy, Brandon, Adriana and myself went to the park. I wanted to give Brandon some baseball practice time.  Here are a couple of photos from the outing. Brandon give it his all in a nice hit. He is progressing rather nicely. Wants to do some pitching this year and of course continue to become a great hitter. Brandon is on the New York Mets this is in Little League. We had practice Saturday morning at 0830 for two hours. They asked if I would help during the practice and of course could not say no. It was a good workout for all (me included) Tammy and Adriana sitting watching us practice. We were able to practice for just over an hour before baby became restless. It was a rather pleasant day out. Sun was shinning the wind was calm and temp was nice. It turned out to be a nice afternoon. More to follow as Brandon’s baseball season progresses.

Good morning all

Woke up wondering what I was going to wear today. Normally I pick out my clothes the night before so that I don’t have to think about that first thing in the morning. Well not today I had to think about it and look for clothes in the dark. It was cool this morning when I left with the kids to take them to school and then head to work. Brittany did her hair really nice today. She is showing her bangs and curling them and looks really nice. The drive was uneventful and sprinkles here and there until about 3 miles from work it started to rain. Suppose to rain most of the day and most of tomorrow. Not very cold out so no chance of snow this low.

Yesterday my Dad called me and informed me his long time companion Hobby passed on yesterday. Hobbie was a fine dog and Dad loved him a lot and was choked up over his lost. Let’s take a moment of silence for Hobbie…………………………………………………

Yesterday was busy so we will see what happens today. Have a good day and chat later.

Happy New Year Everyone:

Hope everyone had a safe and sane holidays. It was peaceful around our kneck of the woods. We were busy for two days and then stayed around the house after that. Went to a friends house for New Years Eve and sat around and eat and bully shacked.

This is my first full week back in 2 or more weeks. I took some time off with the holidays that made my weeks short. All is good with everyone in our house hold. Tammy and I are trying to get things in order for the new year. Not resolutions but goals that we would like to accomplish this year. Things like buy a home, pay down debt things like that

I have a doctors appoint tomorrow for an echo gram. I am hoping my ejection fraction is higher since last test.  I will let you know

Good day to all:

It’s been awhile again, I tend to go days, weeks and months in between post. Quick weight update I am now 177 pounds. If you have been following my blog you know that is amazing weight loss. My health has been doing great. My heart is rebounding like it should be. I see my heart doctor in January and look forward to a great update from him

I went to Salt Lake City for three days to replace a server. The trip was quick but a great one. The swap went off without any issues and we had a few of the key people praise us for a good turn over

Everything else is going okay for the most part. You know with 4 kids life is always fun. Especially with 2 teenagers, a 9 year old, and a baby. We need a bigger house to accommodate everyone.

For now I will leave it at that and try to send a new update tomorrow with more details. Take care and have a great week.

Wow, has it been that long since updating my blog. Shame on me, I need to get better at posting. Let’s see what is new since the last post. I am working quite a bit more these days. I am traveling more right now. I spent a week in Sacramento and a week in Oakland. Heading down to Southern California the second week in May.

I had an echogram done recently and it appears my ejection fraction is up to 40ish percent. I had a fraction of 10% last May and 20% in last November. This is good news and I am hoping to get off some medication in May.

My weight is doing good I am over 14o pounds down since being sick in May. I am now 214 and hanging in there. I have had good success with my Vertical Gastrectomy. I am very pleased and blessed I was able to get the surgery.

Tammy and I was able to run away the other weekend. We went to Eureka and stayed the weekend and walked on the beach and just spent some good quality husband and wife time together. We will have to do that at least twice a year just for our sanity. Kids are doing good starting to see the end of school for the summer. There excited and not so excited. We really need to find a camp or something for them to attend to get away.
