About Jeff

Up until 2005 I was a normal hard working father of 4 happily married. Then May 3, 2005 I had major heart issues which put me in the hospital for five weeks being worked up for a heart transplant. I was then fortunate to get out and have weight loss surgery and over 180 pounds later I do not need a heart transplant. I am still working hard married to a beautiful wife Tammy and have three children in the home and one gown up and on her own. Blogging started as a way to keep a journal of my medical issues and then in 2007 I took Fam5 public and actively promoting the blog. I know post about 'stuff that matters' and have the almost famous 'freaky friday link love'. Hope you enjoy the blog and look forward to your comments. Thank you
