Eating right is really a catch 22. Don't over eat, don't under eat. Watch your calories, watch your sugars, oh it never ends.

I have a protein drink in the morning for breakfast. Lunch I generally have some sort of leftovers. Dinner is my only real meal. Sometimes I think I could have a protein drink in the morning and a protein drink in the afternoon then eat dinner. Not sure that would be wise, maybe I should try it and post about it?

Thanks for commenting David.

I have bad eating habits: Often, I eat nothing throughout the day. If I have apples at the office, I will eat an apple around 10 AM and another around noon. If I have no apples, I drink spring water. I know I should eat more throughout the day but simply am not motivated to do so.

I generally eat only one real meal a day. I should eat more throughout the day.
