1 Year WLS Pics
Almost forgot to add my 1 year, to the day since wls, photos. I was sitting in the house and it dawned on me that I need to get a couple of pictures of me for my 1 year anniversary. Here are two links of pictures of me 134 pounds lighter 1 year later.

If you have kept up with my blog you know what a year I have had. For now I need to go but will try to get better with posting to my blog. I some times don’t add things because there is not much going on but then there are times I think what the heck add something anyways. We will see if I start doing that.

Up until 2005 I was a normal hard working father of 4 happily married. Then May 3, 2005 I had major heart issues which put me in the hospital for five weeks being worked up for a heart transplant. I was then fortunate to get out and have weight loss surgery and over 180 pounds later I do not need a heart transplant. I am still working hard married to a beautiful wife Tammy and have three children in the home and one gown up and on her own.
Blogging started as a way to keep a journal of my medical issues and then in 2007 I took Fam5 public and actively promoting the blog. I know post about 'stuff that matters' and have the almost famous 'freaky friday link love'. Hope you enjoy the blog and look forward to your comments.
